What we do
Unseen Dynamics is a live diagnostic platform that reveals the systemic and structural patterns explaining why organisations get the results they get. It examines eight organisational levels across six dimensions, traces root causes between them, and delivers a ~60-page structural report with a 90-day action roadmap — in 2–3 weeks, from €2,500, fully online. The methodology is published open-access and independently audited. This is a software platform, not a consulting practice.
The moat

Multi-level architecture

The Polarity Model
Organisational outcomes emerge from recurring structural patterns — patterns most organisations can’t currently see, measure, or name. Unseen Dynamics makes them visible. It is the commercial application of the Polarity Model, a cross-scale structural framework developed by Priit Vimberg and validated through ongoing research.
