The Diagnostic Sprint

The problem you have
tried to fix twice.

A named-findings report and a ninety-day plan with numbers on it, back within hours of your inputs. Not a culture survey and not a consulting engagement — a structural diagnosis of what your improvement efforts have been absorbed by.

What it asks of you

Roughly four hundred euros of your people's time.

Up to thirty people answer a structured instrument for eighteen to twenty-five minutes each. Four to six people give a thirty-minute interview. A coordinator spends three to six hours across two weeks. You share a folder of documents you already have.

No offsite. No workshop. Nobody's week is cleared. Priced as staff time that is about €264–454 in Estonia and €539–927 in Sweden — and that excludes the leadership time to read the report and act on it, which is the part that actually matters.

Compare it with the alternative: a large-firm organisational diagnostic at €80,000 to €300,000 over three to six months, consuming weeks of internal time to feed it.

The three weeks

  • Week 1 — setup, the instrument opens, document folder shared.
  • Week 2 — instrument closes, interviews, documents reviewed, report generated.
  • Week 3 — report released. On the human-assisted tier, the interpretation session with your leadership team.

What gets read

Six dimensions, each with a state.

Purpose Integrity

Whether your organisation's stated purpose is genuinely operative — or whether a different, unstated purpose is actually driving decisions.

Consent & Commitment

Whether the agreements holding your organisation together are genuine, or made under pressure, habit or fear — producing compliance rather than real commitment.

Freedom-to-Operate

Whether the people in your organisation have the authority, information and space they need to act on their genuine judgement — or whether structural constraints are holding them below their capability.

Relational Health

Whether the key relationships in your organisation are genuinely collaborative — or merely transactional, or the hidden source of chronic friction.

Observer & Learning

Whether your organisation sees itself clearly and learns from what it sees — or whether it sees but does not act, or denies what it sees entirely.

Human-AI Integrity

Whether AI adoption in your organisation is happening with genuine human agency — or through drift, imposition or an unintentional dependency.

Freedom-to-Operate is the floor. If it scores below the threshold it is reported first, whatever else was found — because improvements in the other five do not hold when people structurally cannot act. Most tools hand you a balanced scorecard. This one insists on the load-bearing wall.

What comes back

Named findings, not themes.

Approximately sixty-five pages of named-findings report, plus a six-page executive summary written for a CEO. Both are delivered. The summary is the one that gets read first and the one that can go to a board.

  • A structural relationship map naming real interfaces. CPO ↔ VP Engineering. CEO ↔ Product function. Never “management and staff”.
  • Every finding cited to a question, a score, a role group or a document. An uncited finding is not a finding.
  • A scored breakdown by function, so you see where in the organisation the pattern lives rather than an average that hides it.
  • A ninety-day action plan with a named owner and a numeric success measure on every line — escalation volume down 50% by day 60; zero product escalations to the CEO by day 45.
  • At least one productive finding, named as an asset to protect. That is not softening; it is the working model for repairing the broken one.

Not “improve cross-functional collaboration” — the actual people, the actual dynamic, and what needs to change.

Because you pay before the work exists, the promise that matters is the other way round: if we fail to deliver the Sprint as described, you get your money back. That is in the terms, not just here.

How you check whether it is right

Findings are hypotheses until your team recognises them.

The report generates evidence-based findings for validation, not verdicts. On the human-assisted tier your leadership team reads the named findings against their own experience before release, and the honest test is whether the report tells them something they did not know and can recognise. If it does not, we would rather you said so.

What we will not do is tell you what we will find before we have looked. We can tell you what structural conditions we will report on. We cannot tell you what they will say — and any diagnostic that promises you its conclusions in the sales conversation is selling you something else.

We also have no client results yet. We are running our first engagements and building the reference base. The research is published, the instrument exists, and a sample report is available on request.

Or test us for nothing first.

Most companies start with Meetings — a free account, three meetings, and a structural read of a conversation you were already having. If that tells you something you did not know, the organisational question is worth asking.

Start with one meeting.

A permanent free account with three meetings to use in your first fourteen days. Unused ones expire at the end of the fourteen days; meetings you buy never do. No card. If the first report doesn't tell you something you didn't know, stop.

Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Reports in English, Estonian, Finnish, Russian and more.
