Meeting analysis

A note for meeting participants.

This meeting is being analysed by Unseen Dynamics on behalf of the host. It creates a structural read of how the meeting worked — whether it was productive, stuck, or damaging, and concrete suggestions. It describes how the conversation worked, and names who did what in it. It never reports how anyone felt, and it never grades you.

The audio is transcribed in the EU and deleted within minutes after the transcription has been successfully saved. Afterwards a neutral summary (memo) is emailed to all attendees, and the full transcript to the host — the person whose Unseen Dynamics workspace captured this meeting; any attendee can ask the host for a copy.

The host's structural report and anonymised numeric signals are kept as the host's business records. Your personal patterns are never shown to a manager or admin. You can request your own personal, structural read by registering within 7 days of the meeting.

If you'd prefer this meeting not be analysed, tell the host — the person whose workspace captured it, named above — and they’ll remove the bot.

Your choices

Ask the host not to analyse a meeting, or to delete its data. They can remove the notetaker mid-call, and no report is produced.
Or ask us directly. Use the erasure-request form in the product, or write to info@unseendynamics.ai. You do not need an account, and the request reaches both the host and our team.
Ask for your own personal read. It is a structural reflection of your own contributions — a mirror, never a grade. Only you can ever open it.

Three things worth knowing

Nobody is graded

The read describes the structure of the exchange, including who did what. There is a rule inside the method that forbids reporting or implying how anyone felt, and nothing in the system grades a person.

Your read is yours

Your personal read is not visible to the host, to your manager, to a workspace admin, or to us. That is enforced in the database, not promised in a policy.

Sometimes there is nothing

Some meetings come back with no report at all, because there was not enough in them to read honestly. The system says so rather than guessing.

Being straight about one thing. The transcript is kept by the host's subscription and is deleted six months after the meeting — that now happens automatically. The host is also emailed the transcript as a file, and that copy is theirs — ask the host if you want it deleted. The subscription owner can delete it sooner, immediately, and you can ask them to — or ask us. One exception: for meetings captured before 26 August 2026, the copy on the machine that transcribed it may outlive the six months, because we did not keep the record needed to locate that copy at the time; those are being cleared as they become locatable.
