A structural diagnostic of your organisation grounded in your own data — survey responses, stakeholder interviews, and your own strategy documents — synthesised by an independently audited AI engine and, optionally, validated by a certified facilitator. Delivered in typically 2–3 weeks, at your team’s pace.

Four inputs, one engine, one report
- Four inputs: Surveys · Interviews · Documents · Public intelligence.
- One AI engine: an 11-step pipeline, ~20 minutes, every agent constitutionally assessed.
- Delivery at your pace: usually 2–3 weeks from beginning to final report.
- Two ways to run it: AI-facilitated, or certified-human-facilitator-validated.
- Exports: interactive HTML + PDF / DOCX.
Who’s involved
- You — the engagement organiser. Typically a CEO, COO, or senior HR leader. ~6–8 hours of your time across the engagement.
- Your team. The employees you invite to take the anonymous survey (~15 minutes each), plus 3+ stakeholders for interviews (~60 minutes each).
- Your facilitator (optional tier). A certified Polarity Model practitioner who validates the report section-by-section and walks your leadership team through the findings.
- The platform. Orchestrates the workflow, runs the AI synthesis, delivers the final report.
The phases
Onboarding — your time ~30 min
- Confirm sprint details — name, dates, scope.
- Articulate the purpose. A short AI-supported dialogue clarifying what you want this diagnostic to reveal.
- Connect your document folder. Read-only access so the AI can reference your strategy docs, OKRs, and org chart. Documents stay in your environment — we never store them.
Data gathering — typically 1–2 weeks
- Distribute the survey. An anonymous survey across all six dimensions of relational health. No personally identifiable information is linked to responses; a minimum of 5 responses is required.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews. 3+ structured interviews using the Relational Integrity guide, cross-sectioning your organisation. ~60 minutes each, at your team’s convenience.
Generation & review
- Confirm inputs collected and trigger the AI generation pipeline.
- The AI runs the synthesis. An 11-step pipeline runs in the background (~20 minutes), every agent constitutionally assessed, to produce a structural diagnostic across all levels.
- Facilitation. The AI Facilitator walks you through your results; on the validated tier, a certified facilitator reviews every section — AI assists but never re-diagnoses.
Delivery
- Receive the report. A ~60-page diagnostic released to your private client portal — evidence citations, dimension scorecards, organisational loops, and the 90-day roadmap.
- Interpretation & close. On facilitated tiers, a session walks your leadership team through the findings; the engagement then closes and you retain access to the report.

Data protection

Documents stay in your environment — connected read-only at synthesis time, never stored. Reports are released only to you. GDPR-compliant erasure on request wipes all your engagement data with a single admin action.
